To make this bold and exquisite wine, winemakers use the method of Appassimento. Harvesting fresh fruits and drying it for 3 months until the fruit shrivels, giving the wine its signature color and flavor.

Tasting Notes

Secoli Amarone is an intensely flavored dry red wine, having aromas of tart, ripe cherry, raspberry, and other dried fruits. The palate is rich and saturating with cherry, cinnamon, and cocoa- Having a long and silky finish.

Dark ruby/purple color with a long lasting nose with silky, sexy texture. Made in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy, the wine is aged for 2 years in oak creating a more aromatic and flavorful wine. Amarone della Valpolicella is arguably the region’s most prestigious red wine.
